Ridgecrest Conference Center is seeking an MERHVAC Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and reliability of essential facility systems including boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical infrastructure at our Blue Ridge Mountain campus.
You will lead technical teams through planning, replacement, and continuous improvement during renovations and new construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and energy efficiency while supporting guest and staff safety.

Our MERHVAC Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, and HVAC Manager) plays a vital role at the Conference Center by providing a clean, healthy, safe, and well-maintained environment for Ridgecrest guests through effective preventive maintenance programs. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, operation, and reliability of critical facility systems, including boilers, hot water systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical infrastructure.
The MERHVAC Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning, replacement, installation, and continuous improvement of these systems during renovations and new construction projects. This position also leads technical teams, ensures regulatory compliance, promotes energy efficiency, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. By performing these duties, you will directly support our mission: Impacting lives for God's Glory through Purposeful Hospitality.
This is a full-time position with hours that may vary based on business needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency call-outs as business needs require.
Starting salary: $65,000 annually, negotiable based on experience.
