This position reports to the Plant Supervisor and ensures clinical spaces maintain ASHRAE 170-compliant temperature, humidity, and pressure relationship parameters critical to patient safety and Joint Commission compliance.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; completion of HVAC/R trade program preferred
Experience: 3+ years HVAC/R maintenance experience; healthcare or commercial preferred
Licenses/Certifications: EPA Universal (608) certification required; OSHA 10 preferred; Florida HVAC license preferred
Technology/Tools: Refrigerant recovery/recharge equipment, manifold gauges, BAS interface, Brightly Worxhub CMMS
