Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.
• DMV Safe Driving Record must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Lift heavy equipment (50-100 lbs) and work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas.
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including company vehicles and customer properties.
• Address client concerns and propose HVAC solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
