Job summary

Team Cheeky is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform thorough residential maintenance and tune‑ups, inspect furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment, and educate homeowners on service options.

You will follow the company’s maintenance process, document findings, and advance through a defined career ladder with ongoing training and weekly coaching. A dependable, coachable attitude is essential for growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners.
• Experience with field-service software.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics/crawlspaces.
• Willingness to follow established maintenance processes.
• EPA and/or NATE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections.
• Document findings and complete invoices and forms in ServiceTitan.
• Identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Educate homeowners about equipment and repair options.
• Follow safety standards and company processes.
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle and participate in training.
