Job summary

Monarch Investment And Management Group in Omaha seeks an HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician to service seven Monarch properties, performing repairs, troubleshooting, and make-readies. EPA and HVAC certification are required. Pay is $28-35 per hour with bonuses up to $3,000+ yearly.

Full-time, on-site role with M-F 8-5, 80 hours PTO in year one, and paid holidays. On-call responsibilities may apply with additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with troubleshooting and repairs in multifamily properties.
• EPA and HVAC certification required.
• Ability to perform makes-readies and execute work orders.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs across multiple Monarch Omaha properties.
• Troubleshoot systems and assist with make-readies and work orders.
• Maintain safety and quality on-site and coordinate with site teams.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage as needed.
