Job summary

Landmark Realty is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians for the Canyon Creek property in Kansas City, MO. This full-time, onsite role involves performing general maintenance repairs and upgrades across plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall with a focus on reliability and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience (apartment setting preferred) and HVAC certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC Certification or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment maintenance a plus).
• Jack-of-all-trades with basic plumbing, electrical, painting & drywall skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance repairs and upgrades (HVAC units, plumbing, carpentry).
• Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop and keep tools organized.
