Job summary

Blaze is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service residential systems in the Raleigh area. You will inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC units, ensuring safety and energy efficiency while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities, with 2+ years' experience preferred. Valid US driver's license and ability to pass background checks required; on-site work in the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience (residential preferred).
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment.
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems.
• Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems.
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems.
