Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Technician who will operate, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, boilers, and related building systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal client relations.

This role requires 3–5 years of industrial HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work at heights and with various lifts. Compensation is $28.00–$38.00 per hour, with ABM’s comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial/industrial).
• EPA 608 Certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and calibrate HVAC controls, thermostats, burners and electrical components.
• Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical/mechanical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and warranty service.
• Respond to emergency repairs promptly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Work at heights using lifts and ladders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
