Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and install minor parts on HVAC systems. Under supervision, you'll service a range of equipment and ensure installations are operational.

You will maintain tools and truck stock, follow billing procedures, and deliver friendly, solution-oriented service. EPA or HVAC certification is expected; HS diploma required; HVAC school completion preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification and/or training from an accredited technical school are desirable or
• EPA certification required with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC or appliance service work, or
• Completion of an accredited HVAC technical school.

Job description

Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance and installs minor/routine parts on all types of HVAC equipment. Install HVAC equipment and other appliances as needed. Completes preventive maintenance, including cleans. At the sole discretion of the Company, Maintenance Technicians may be assigned the work of an assistant as a developmental and/or training opportunity.
