Yellow Dot Heating & Air Conditioning-Raleigh, a Southern Home Services company, is looking for a dynamic HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a thriving business that values work-life balance and cares about YOU!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
• Performing routine service work on HVAC systems
• Providing excellent customer service and effectively communicating with homeowners
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License with at least three years of driving experience
• Positive attitude and dedication to quality work
• Customer service skills
• Ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
• Adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• EPA Certification
• At least 1 year of HVAC experience, preferably in residential settings

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, and driving
• Working in various environments, indoors and outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces
• Standing, walking, sitting, and communicating effectively
• Using hands to handle objects and tools, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions
