The Law School is searching for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Law School’s size, vibrant employee and student population, and commitment to training the next generation of lawyers and promoting social justice, will offer a candidate the opportunity to develop and diversify practical skills and participate firsthand in operating a successful educational institution.
Reporting to both the Director of Facilities Management and Assistant Facilities Manager the HVAC Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in operating and maintaining HVAC systems at Brooklyn Law School's main building (250 Joralemon Street) and the student residence (205 Street). In this role, you will not only operate and maintain HVAC systems but also actively engage in optimizing maintenance procedures, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the development of preventive maintenance plans.
This is a fully on-site position.
