Position Description

The purpose of this role is to perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of facility HVAC/R systems, including maintenance on cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting, and warming cabinets. Minor plumbing, electrical, and construction repairs within various Arby’s locations are also required. The role requires 100% regional travel and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, due to accessibility needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements

• HVAC Certification (minimum 1 year)
• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of legal work status in the United States required upon hire
• Basic tools and meters knowledge
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, physical, and criminal background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Physical requirements: bending, stooping, lifting (50+ lbs), pushing, pulling, climbing, rooftop work, and exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors
