  • Pay or shift range: $22 USD to $26 USD

About the Role: As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential properties. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and recommending appropriate repairs or replacements to keep our customers' HVAC systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts for optimal performance.
  • Inspect HVAC units to identify and diagnose issues or potential problems.
  • Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and other system components.
  • Replace or repair defective parts, such as motors, belts, filters, and electrical components.
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in the HVAC industry and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
