Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our service team in Miami, FL. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize HVAC systems, communicating clearly with customers and delivering timely, quality service.

We offer competitive compensation from $65,000 to $85,000+ annually, comprehensive benefits, a company truck with gas card, and ongoing training for career growth. A valid U.S. driver's license and EPA 608 certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan).
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
