Pay Rate: $22.00/hr to $26.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs.

Position Summary: To provide high-quality heating and cooling solutions to residential customers according to company standards.

Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings)

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in residential HVAC or apartment/property maintenance
• HVAC training
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Certification
• Mechanically inclined with ability to work with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
