THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces
• Willingness to get EPA 608 certification (company pays for the training and the exam)
• Willingness to register as an apprentice with the CT Department of Labor

Hands-on mechanical experience in trades, automotive, military, or facilities environments, trade school coursework, an existing EPA 608 certification, and customer-facing experience in residential settings are preferred. Most importantly, no HVAC experience is required or expected!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This is a full-time entry-level position, with employees reporting to a central location before traveling throughout Greater New Haven County and central Connecticut.

As our entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll clean and inspect heating and cooling systems, replacing filters, conducting safety checks, documenting findings with notes and photos, and learning how HVAC systems operate in real-world environments. By working on 40 to 50 systems each month, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills needed to identify normal system operation and potential concerns.
