Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking an HVAC Apprentice - Install to join a dynamic team. You will assist lead installers, helping with high-quality HVAC system installations and maintaining strong customer rapport. You will participate in on-the-job training and ensure work areas and paperwork are organized and compliant with codes.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, responsible, with a strong desire to grow as an installer and deliver excellent service to customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
• Assist in staging jobs and following quality checklists.
• Support in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate in on-the-job training to master installations.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork and documentation.
• Follow applicable installation and venting codes.
