Job summary

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking HVAC Maintenance Technicians to diagnose HVAC systems, present repair options and pricing, order parts, and collect payment upon completion while ensuring code-compliant, quality work.

Candidates must hold HVAC licenses/certifications and enjoy mentoring Installers in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Training and development are ongoing as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC license/certification.
• Experience in maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting diverse HVAC issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships through outstanding service and clear communication.
• Educate clients on system maintenance requirements and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems through product overview and recommendations.
• Document service performed and recommendations in reports and records.
• Complete tasks in line with quality and safety standards.
