Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician for our Tallahassee properties. You will complete work orders, perform routine HVAC maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, and support teams to uphold high property standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience; property management experience is a plus.
EPA licensure is required.
Hands‑on HVAC expertise and preventive maintenance.
On‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; own hand tools.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
Conduct routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep.
Prepare apartments for new residents and perform punch lists.
Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold standards.
Uphold property curb appeal and provide top‑notch resident service.
All other duties as assigned.
