Qualifications

• Physical dexterity and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Test HVAC system performance and energy efficiency using specialized tools and equipment.
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems.
• Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems.
