Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician in North Georgia. You will perform thorough residential heating and cooling system maintenance, inspections, and documentation while delivering a five-star customer experience.

You’ll learn through weekly coaching and a defined career ladder, with opportunities to advance into service, leadership, and six-figure earning potential as you gain skills and certification.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and using smartphones/tablets.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics/crawlspaces/outdoors.
• Willingness to follow established processes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections.
• Document findings using ServiceTitan and company processes.
• Identify safety concerns and maintenance needs; educate homeowners.
• Close opportunities for repairs or replacements when appropriate.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and job documentation.
