Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a full-time HVAC Maintenance Technician to support facilities engineering and maintenance at Haleon, 1211 Sherwood Avenue, Richmond, VA 23220.

The role requires a valid CFC certification and at least 5 years of institutional maintenance experience; responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, and daily CMMS updates. Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Journeyman Electrical License, Registered ACR Technician with EPA refrigerant, or Journeyman Plumber License.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics. Valid driver's license.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.

Responsibilities

• Performs a mixed workload of preventive maintenance and simple repairs.
• Updates CMMS with task statuses via a mobile device.
• Assists in determining manpower, material needs, and deadlines.
• Maintains HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Reports major problems to supervisors and managers as appropriate.
• Constructs, installs, maintains, and repairs electrical and mechanical systems.
• Reviews outside vendor projects and creates punch lists.
• Supports project management and emergency responses as needed.
• Maintains logs, PM orders, tests, and inspections.
• Maintains clean and safe shops and work areas.
