Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems across the property. The role supports installations, preventive maintenance, water treatment, and kitchen equipment servicing, ensuring logs and records are up to date.

Ideal candidates have HVAC and refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years vocational HVAC training or five (5) years of equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Valid HVAC and Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Preferred: Class C Chief Boiler License.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with DX/DDC control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems
• Assist with HVAC system installations
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
