Job summary

ESFM is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on building systems at 25000 E. 56th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019. The role requires a valid driver’s license, EPA Universal Certification, and at least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.

The position is full-time with 2nd shift and $42.00 per hour pay. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and updates in the CMMS, plus collaboration with supervisors to meet deadlines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and simple repairs on HVAC and related systems
• Updates CMMS with work completed via mobile
• Assists in determining manpower, materials, and deadlines for jobs/projects
• Maintains and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical building systems and related equipment
• Responds to emergencies and performs repairs as needed
