Apex Pros Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician Helper to support service technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and growth opportunities within our service department.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, a valid driver's license, and exceptional customer care abilities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional customer care abilities.
• 1-2 years of HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
• Take system readings (voltage, pressures, temperatures)
• Help replace basic components (capacitors, motors, filters, etc.)
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas
