Apex Pros Plumbing, Electric, Heating and Air in Dublin, OH is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician Helper to join our on-site maintenance team. This entry‑level role supports Service Technicians with diagnostics, routine maintenance, and basic repairs while providing hands-on training.

You will learn to take system readings, assist with troubleshooting, and maintain tools and work areas. The position offers full‑time hours, benefits, opportunities to grow within our service department,

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Exceptional customer care abilities.
• 1–2 years of HVAC experience preferred.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Service Technician Helper supports Service Technicians in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and growth opportunities within our service department.
