Job summary

A high school diploma and four years' relevant experience or equivalent education/experience are required; knowledge of building

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience or apprenticeship.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance in large facilities.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system performance.
• Use building automation systems to monitor and diagnose HVAC operation.
• Coordinate work orders, ensure safety compliance, and perform general building repairs.
