Job summary

Quantum North America, part of Compass Group, is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance duties related to facilities engineering. The ideal candidate should possess experience in preventative maintenance and be able to work independently.

Applicants must have relevant journeyman licenses and should be prepared for a dynamic working environment. Additional responsibilities include managing repairs and supporting project management as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous labor.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Update work statuses using CMMS on mobile devices.
• Analyze and correct complex building system problems.
