Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting.
• Working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Journeyman Electrical License.
• Ability to read blueprints and estimate materials and time.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment.
• Read blueprints, estimate materials and time, and request supplies.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain logs, perform rounds, tests, and inspections.
