Job summary

Cooper Heating & Cooling is seeking a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Technician to keep residential systems running safely and efficiently in Colorado. You’ll perform routine maintenance, assist senior technicians, and explain findings clearly to customers.

A willingness to learn, reliability, and a valid driver’s license are essential. Enrollment in or completion of a technical training program is preferred; EPA certification is required for refrigerant work.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of a technical training program, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
• EPA certification required for refrigerant-related maintenance.
