Qualifications

• HVAC service and/or installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform light commercial HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Install, replace, and service HVAC equipment and components.
• Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment change-outs.
• Read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify the root cause of problems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and other trades.
• Complete service paperwork and accurately document work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
