Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician for Prestige at Barker Cypress, a 318-unit community in Texas. You will complete and oversee service requests, support make-readies and upgrades, and help manage schedules to keep turns efficient.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, an HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and a readiness to participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper use of tools/equipment.
• Support the Property Manager with maintenance projects and initiatives.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
