Role Description The HVAC Lead Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This role is responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The HVAC Lead Technician coordinates with team members, provides guidance to junior technicians, and communicates clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and recommendations. The role also involves documenting work performed, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with management to improve service quality and efficiency.
