Job description

Applicants must hold a valid Driver's license and a Valid CT Occupational Service License in one of the following HVAC categories: B or S. Applicants without a valid CT HVAC license will not be reviewed.

Applicants should be well versed in all aspects of residential heating & cooling equipment. Working knowledge of fuel and propane systems as well as heat pumps and ductless systems is required. A thorough understanding of general plumbing and piping methods is essential. Candidates must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform general maintenance on heating and cooling equipment. A solid background in wiring both high and low voltage along with control wiring is necessary. Candidates should be able to work independently, be a team player, possess excellent communication and writing skills, and maintain a positive can-do attitude!
