Job summary

Sobieski Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Lead Replacement Installer to install new HVAC systems in existing homes in the Newark, DE area.

You will work with heat pumps, condensers, furnaces, air handlers, coils, boilers and related components, on a company-supported platform with truck, tools, uniforms, and ongoing training. Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC Installation Experience
• EPA Required
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems in existing homes ( residential lead replacement installer ).
• Lead installation teams to ensure safe, quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with service and maintenance staff to ensure seamless projects.
