KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking an HVAC Lead Mechanic for Fort Bragg, NC, to oversee O&M activities at Womack Army Medical Center under the OMEE program. The role requires coordination with DHA, COR, and clinical stakeholders, ensuring compliance with TJC, NFPA, OSHA, and DHA standards.

Applicants must possess or actively pursue mandatory certifications, with completion required by February 1, 2026. Prior experience with DoD medical facility support contracts is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Mandatory certifications must be possessed or actively pursued; all certifications must be completed by 1 February 2026.
• Preferred experience with DHA or DoD medical facility support contracts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily O&M activities in compliance with DHA, TJC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Support medical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled repair requirements.
• Work with DHA, COR, Facility Management, and clinical stakeholders.
• Ensure technical accuracy, documentation compliance, and timely work execution.
• Maintain operational readiness for emergency and after-hours needs.
• Support training, reporting, and regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.
• Contribute to safety programs and operational continuity.
