King and George LLC seeks a Stationary Engineer to oversee operations and maintenance for a military medical facility at Fort Bragg. The role ensures compliance with DHA, OSHA, NFPA, and TJC standards while coordinating with government stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.

The ideal candidate will have certifications in relevant disciplines and experience supporting DoD medical facility contracts, with readiness for after-hours work and detailed documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• Mandatory certifications required with evidence of active pursuit; all must be completed by 1 February 2026.
• Experience with government medical facility O&M contracts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily O&M activities in compliance with DHA, TJC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Support medical facility operations, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled repair requirements.
• Collaborate with DHA, COR, Facility Management, and clinical stakeholders.
• Ensure technical accuracy, documentation compliance, and timely work execution.
• Maintain operational readiness for emergency and after-hours requirements.
• Support training, reporting, and regulatory documentation for audits and inspections.
• Contribute to performance improvement, safety programs, and operational continuity.
