Lead Installer (RNC) - HVAC

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer with a minimum of 5 years of ductwork experience to join our fast-growing company. This role involves installing ductwork and HVAC systems in residential new construction homes.

Compensation

Pay Range: Piece pay by job - very competitive! Annual earnings typically range from $55,000 to $65,000, with the potential to earn more based on the number of jobs completed. You decide your earning potential!

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a good 3-year driving record
• At least 5 years of duct installation experience
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Ability to install HVAC products, duct systems, and air quality systems, ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand and power tools used in installation
• Ability to work effectively with builders, superintendents, and follow the foreman's directions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, condition, and inventory
