Position: HVAC Lead Installer

Minimum Requirements: 5 Years of ductwork experience.

Job Description: Lead Installer (RNC). Looking for an experienced duct installer to install ductwork in residential new construction homes for a fast-growing HVAC company. We are part of ACS and seeking team members!

Pay Range: Piece pay by job — very competitive! Annual projection: $55,000–$65,000, potentially more based on workload. You choose your earnings based on the number of jobs completed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a good 3-year driving record
• 5 years of duct experience
• Reliable and professional
• Responsible for installing products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform installation of residential HVAC equipment, duct systems, air quality systems

Qualifications:

• Use a variety of hand tools for installation
• Operate power tools
• Work effectively with builders, superintendents, and follow foreman’s directions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, condition, and inventory
• Complete paperwork and maintain files for each job
• Stay current on manufacturer’s products related to installation and operation
• Ensure quality control and perform repairs as needed
