MID-FLA Heating & Air in Melbourne, FL is seeking a dependable HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial systems, ensuring efficient operation and customer comfort.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC knowledge, can read drawings, install equipment per specs, perform preventive maintenance, and provide excellent customer service. Requires 3+ years of installation experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of installing HVAC systems
High School Diploma required
Valid Driver’s License required
Experience reading drawings, schematics and cut sheets

Responsibilities

Install new/replacement HVAC equipment and provide excellent customer service to residential and commercial customers
Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and cut sheets in the field
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions
Train installation assistants/helpers to maximize installation efficiency
Maintain safety on job sites and ensure proper installation practices
