Topline Heating & Air, Pennsylvania’s rapidly growing residential HVAC company, seeks experienced Residential HVAC Installation Leads to join a family-oriented team. You’ll lead a crew, install systems, and deliver five-star customer service while enjoying year-round work and top pay.

The role offers an annual salary range of $73,152 to $138,210 with monthly bonuses. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation/holidays, company vehicle, training, and growth

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC installation experience and ability to lead a 2–3 person crew.
• Load calculations experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, including minisplits and boilers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of job costing and company financials preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (split, package, mini-split, boilers, water heaters).
• Lead 2–3 installers on residential sites.
• Ensure professional, five-star customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with Installation Manager.
• Train and mentor installation staff.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Annual Salary Range: $73,152–$138,210 (based on experience and performance, inclusive of bonuses)

Monthly Performance Bonuses: $500–$4,000

What You’ll Do

Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, mini-splits, boilers, and water heaters

Lead and oversee a crew of 2–3 installers on residential job sites

Communicate professionally with customers to ensure a five-star experience

Maintain consistent communication with the Installation Manager

Train, coach, and mentor installation team members

Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

Proven HVAC installation and service experience

Experience performing load calculations (preferred)

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and service (including mini-splits and boilers)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong leadership and crew management abilities

Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Understanding of job costing and company financials (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to make informed decisions quickly and confidently

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands and arms

Frequently required to lift and carry up to 100 lbs

Must have clear vision and ability to focus on detailed work

Fast-paced, dynamic work setting

Moderate noise level with shifting priorities and frequent interruptions

Requires professionalism and effective communication with customers, vendors, and team members
