Qualifications

• 5+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to read/install per installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, air handlers and related components.
• Troubleshoot equipment during installation, startup and operation.
• Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in homes.
• Ensure thermostats are installed, programmed, and connected properly.
• Load and verify materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
• Complete installations safely and per company standards.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety policies; communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and company events.
