Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer
Location: Tigard, OR
Pay: $30- $35 /hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs

Position Summary: The HVAC Lead Installer will install heating and air conditioning equipment in residential homes. This includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components. The Lead Installer will also oversee other installers to ensure standards are met and projects are completed on time.

Job Duties:

• Install HVAC equipment in residential homes
• Troubleshoot, install, start-up, and operate equipment
• Install duct systems
• Ensure thermostats control HVAC systems properly
• Measure ductwork
• Install accessories and perform low/high-voltage connections
• Braise line sets, test, evacuate, and charge systems
• Load materials and maintain company vehicle
• Follow safety and training policies
• Maintain vehicle and attend meetings and training
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 5+ years HVAC experience
• NATE certified
• EPA Certification
• Leadership skills for guiding junior installers
• Mechanical aptitude
• Safe operation of tools
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Comfort working at heights and outdoors
• High school diploma or equivalent
