Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Experience with brazing, pulling a vacuum, and wiring thermostats.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects.
• Train and coach apprentices in installation practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What you need: (Lead Installer)

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach and train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• EPA Certification Required
