A leading HVAC service provider in Sanford, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer. You will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus).

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet standards.
• Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow.
• Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control.
• Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Piece Rate: 70% per install completed.

What You’ll Do:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
• Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
• Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
• Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:
