We are looking to hire a HVAC Lead Installer Technician. You will install heat pumps, mini-splits, water heaters, and HVAC systems. On the job, we provide a company vehicle, gas card, and intensive training. Overtime is paid.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in U.S.A
• Pass background check
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer

• Remove old systems
• Install new furnaces, heat pumps, mini splits, air conditioners, ductwork, & IAQ accessories
• Provide customer service
• Educate the client on how to use and maintain their equipment
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
• Team work
• Train junior team members
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
