Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and local codes.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation (3+ years experience as a lead installer)
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and heating equipment. Knowledge of Mitsubishi is a must.
• Familiarity with HVAC design principles and appliance repair techniques.
• Ability to weld and work with different refrigeration systems.
• Mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
• EPA-680 certification
