Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead Installer
• Proficient with installation of gas and oil heating systems: hot air, hot water boilers, steam boilers, ductless air conditioning, and heat pumps
• Experience in replacing existing HVAC equipment (not for new construction)
• Skilled in Scope Development and Submittals
• Proficient in sheet metal fabrication (ductwork)
• Expertise in using ProPress and brazing
• Familiarity with conduit installation
• Experience with pipefitting
• Ability to interpret blueprints
