Position Summary:
The Residential HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing installations of heating and cooling systems in homes. You’ll lead a team in the field, ensure every job meets code and company standards, and provide homeowners with exceptional service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
Supervise and mentor an installation crew to ensure efficient, high-quality work.
Communicate clearly with customers, providing education on new systems and answering any questions.
Coordinate daily tasks and timelines to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and Danley 911’s quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
EPA Certification (required); NATE Certification (preferred).
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and best installation practices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors.
