Jazz Home Services in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to assist experienced installers with ductwork, piping, and electrical components for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires at least 1 year of HVAC experience, ability to safely use hand and power tools, and strong physical stamina. You will help prepare job sites, maintain equipment, and ensure work follows safety and code guidelines while providing courteous service to customers.

The HVAC Install Helper supports the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role involves assisting experienced HVAC installers with various tasks to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to code.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of previous experience with HVAC
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• EPA Certification

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from$40-$60 hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
